[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he Moncler Gamme Bleu label, know for men and designed by Thom Browne, has introduced womenswear to the 2014-2015 collection. “For sometime now, I have been interested in the idea of interpreting Moncler Gamme Bleu for women. As with my eponymous collection, I am fascinated by translating my ideas in a masculine and feminine manner and this (fall/winter) collection is my interpretation for Moncler Gamme Bleu,” explained Browne.

MONCLER GAMME BLEU AUTUMN/WINTER 2014/2015 SHOW

The concept of the Moncler Gamme Bleu fall/winter collection is inspired by the exclusive world of golf. Its underlying motif is argyle and the garments see contemporary silhouettes with traditional tailoring details, reflecting the synergy between Moncler’s expertise in active sportswear and the sensitivity of a handmade garment. The fall/winter grouping blends fabrics in wool, Oxford canvas, cotton jersey and cashmere with technical materials such as lightweight Cordura and Ripstop nylon that are processed or with a diamond pattern.
